Strategy
My strategy? It’s all about efficiency and collaboration. I see complex problems like planning a cross-country road trip: you can't just jump in the car; you have to choose the route and pack the right supplies. My first move is always asking, "What are we trying to accomplish here, and for who?"
Once we have clarity, I apply research with careful, thorough checking to validate our destination. It’s important keep the necessary team members aligned through constant communication, making sure we're all looking at the same map, ready to pivot fluidly when the GPS suggests a faster, better road. It’s easy to prioritize the quick wins first—like fixing a small flat tire (simple task) to build momentum—before tackling a mountain pass or tough terrain (major complexity). The goal is a successful, on-target arrival every time — but I bring snacks in case it takes longer.
